  • Your telephone number
  • The site or street address you provide (optional)
  • The description of the work you are asking us to quote for

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business:

  • SiteGround — website hosting and backups

  • Our email provider — to receive and reply to your enquiry
  • Professional advisers, and public authorities where we are legally required to disclose

How long we keep your data

Enquiry form submissions are retained for as long as we may reasonably need them to respond to you and to keep a record of work quoted. We keep enquiry records for 24 months where the enquiry does not lead to work. Where we go on to carry out work for you, we keep the related records for 7 years in order to meet our tax and accounting obligations.

Analytics data is retained according to the retention setting configured in Google Analytics. Server logs are retained by our host for a short period for security purposes.

Cookies

We use cookies to make the site work, to remember your cookie preferences, and — with your consent — to measure how the site is used. When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies, and you can change your choice at any time.

Analytics and advertising storage are disabled by default until you consent.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Have inaccurate data corrected
  • Request erasure of your data
  • Restrict or object to our processing
  • Receive your data in a portable format
